Our Helpdesk support is available 24-hours per day, 7-days per week via our Call Free number or by e-email. 

With broadband connection, AUDIOPILOT monitors the connection status and will contact stores whenever connection z problem is detected is lost to facilitate restoration of the remote update service. Sites with broadband connections also support Exact Network Time Synchronisation -- useful for accurate opening and closing announcements and other time-sensitive functions.

Our systems use the highest levels of security using 2048-encryption with everchanging 16-digit digital keys.
